This spacious room, located on the lower level is comfortably furnished with a large sofa and love seat, as well as a leather recliner for maximum relaxation. The large screen television has access to all the cable channels you could ever desire, as well as DVD and stereo. This room is located next to the pool area, and therefore is bright and sunny with views of the woodland behind the house and the lake to the side.

Is conveniently located next to the family room and shares the same picturesque view. The full sized fridge, range, dishwasher and above range microwave will ensure to make cooking quick and easy. We have restocked the kitchen with all the little extras that you could possibly need, including a blender for a quick daiquiri or smoothie. A desktop computer with high speed internet is provided in this room so that you can stay in touch with the world and let them know what a fabulous time you are having! As an added bonus, wireless is available to check Emails on your laptop while lounging on the pool deck. The breakfast nook, which is surrounded by windows, seats four.

If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, there is also a formal living/dining room at the front of the house, which still has easy access from the kitchen. This traditional style dining room easily seats 6.

The living room is the perfect place to leisurely enjoy a quiet cup of coffee after a long day. It is elegantly decorated with a sofa and loveseat, affording plenty of room for family and friends.

The fully equipped games room is situated next to the main living area, but has solid walls, so plenty of noise can be made without disturbing anyone. You can enjoy a friendly game of table tennis or perfect your shooting skills with the electronic basketball game. There is also a card/puzzle table with a variety of family board games.

This room provides a full sized washer and dryer as well as ironing board and iron. We have provided a high-chair for our littlest guests.

A strategically placed room just off the living room and within only a short walk to the pool area.

This room is located on the lower level. It is equipped with two twin beds, dresser, and night table, as well as a built in cupboard. It is situated to the side of the house but still has a bright and airy feel to it.

This bedroom is located next to the pool, with large sliding doors to the pool deck, enabling you to wake to the ambiance of the Florida sunshine. It is large room with a queen bed, dresser, night table, and built in cupboards. It has the benefit of a flat screen TV.

This full sized family bathroom is situated between the two bedrooms for easy access from both.

This is a huge room with a queen size bed, bureau and night tables, as well as a flat screen TV. The beds and cabinets are all high quality in an attractive style. There is the large en suite bathroom, which not only has an oversized bath (for relaxing in after spending all day on your feet at the parks!), a huge shower as well as, his and her sinks! There are also his and her walk in closets between the bedroom and master bath. (We have provided a Pack N Play playpen/crib in one of these closets for your convenience.) My favorite feature of this room, however, has to be the walk out to the second story deck area. This balcony overlooks the pool and pond and is a bright and sunny spot to enjoy an early morning breakfast, or a cool evening watching the sun set. The perfect way to end any day.

Bedroom two is another large room, also equipped with a Queen sized bed. There is once again a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, night stand and TV. The room is at the back of the house, next to the loft area.

The third bedroom is equipped with two twin beds, a chest of drawers, and night stand, as well as a flat screen TV and a built in wardrobe. Anyone who likes Sponge BOB Square Pants will love this room!

The shared full sized family bathroom is between rooms 2 and three on this floor.

FOR KIDS ONLY! This peaceful little nook sports two gaming chairs, television, DVD/VHS, PS2 and Xbox, as well as lots of family movies. It is just such a great place to chill out, and escape from the rest of the family!!

It's located at the top of the stairs, next to bedrooms 2 and 3.

The fully screened swimming pool area is the high point of the villa.

If you've been to Florida before, you will know that in the summer you'll have the occasional down pour; therefore, this villa hosts a very large covered area, complete with outdoor lighting and fan. There is a large table and a number of patio chairs as well as several loungers. We also have an on site gas BBQ for those lazy days when you just feel like flipping a burger.

The swimming pool, always sparkling clear, is a wonderful way to cool off and just enjoy some family fun.

We promise that you won’t be disappointed by your accommodations as we have strived to include all the little extras to make your stay a pleasant one. It is our home away from home and we want you to feel that way too.
